We picked Stella up from school and shared some lunch at a friends house, was lovely sitting outside, with children old enough to feed themselves and then running off to play whilst the parents had a cup of tea and were able to talk without being interrupted. It was totally refreshing. Borrowed lots of childrens books and recipe books to curl up with on the couch. We then dropped in to see Sam who had just finished his tiling, it looked wonderful, he had done such a great job!
Home for some quiet time, and reading of books, the weather is still overcast and cold, but refreshing because soon it will be hot.
We all moved the rainwater tank to a better spot, and now have an uninterrupted view of rolling green hills, soon to be a patchwork of yellow from the sunflowers, and the hidden brightness of the corn.
