The hot weather has found us..at last...30 degrees at 830am! I picked tomatoes and watered the garden this morning,with the yellow heads of the sunflowers saying good morning to the sun.... had a dip in the cool water, it was so refreshing to feel the water dripping from my hair whilst making breakfast for my family. The last two days we have been sheltering from the heat, finding some shady trees to sit under, splashing in the pool, yummy home made icy poles, watching animal documentaries in the coolness of the house....
Having Grandparents around to share with us the quiet surroundings, our life, and to spend quality time with each other....A very happy time for all.
