Well after a couple of days of hot weather, 28-30 degrees! We now have showers and 13 degrees, with snow maybe on the way with o degrees...i had packed away all my winter things, so out they all came after being washed and dried, and gumboots instead of sandals, soups instead of sandwiches, and the cosiness of cool spring mornings in bed!
Spent an hour at the local village with an annual potters market, where they sell there seconds, with a jazz band playing under a marquee, the children both chose a little plate each, which they used for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner!
Spent the last bit of the day doing a new castle puzzle, feeling the warmth of the fire.
Loving those misty views of rolling hills. Wishing you some cosy family time...also wishing Sam would pop back for a bit to finish off our renos for us...how about it Sam, will hardly take any time at all...
